CCR Question #1 Draft

One convention used during the process of creating this magazine was referencing other magazines of our genre to find a perfect balance to create our own rap magazine. Also me and my fellow classmates went on a photoshoot where we utilized a low angle camera shot to get the cover photo for my magazine; it creates an aesthetically pleasing cover. For my table of contents I changed the picture to an aesthetically pleasing picture of a pair of Nike Air-force color black with embroidered crystals on the swoosh. This provides an eye catching picture that benefits the quality of Rap Caviar. My magazine is focused on the hip hop and R&B aspect of the music industry, and predominantly features articles discussing new artists and popular artists. My magazine's target audience is in the 14 to 28 demographic, although the demographic can develop into more diverse age ranges. Also my magazine can relate to both genders as it highlights female and male artists; therefore it is crafted to allow both gender to enjoy the magazine. There is no limit when it comes to social groups, any social group can enjoy our magazine, frankly it doesn't matter. Same can be said for consumers income level, geography, and education level. When it comes to personal interests then is when the magazine may not be for everyone, if someone doesn't have any interest in the hip-hop/rap culture and music then this magazine surely would not suit them.
